QUALIFICATION:
- An HND/BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Professional certificates in Business Development be an added advantage
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in retail sales and marketing roles
- Knowledge/experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to strive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales and marketing software
- Ensuring the company’s growth objectives are attained, articulating new business development opportunities, and identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals.
- Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
- Penetrating new clients & and developing close professional relations with key decision-makers and influencers in the Nigerian Upstream, downstream, and midstream Oil and Gas Sector.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
