Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to lead and drive our business growth and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and execution, with the ability to manage resources effectively and achieve organizational objectives. As the Business Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our company’s future, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring we meet our sales and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new business leads and focus on executing strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strategic Planning & Implementation:
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity and drive business growth.
• Design and implement daily operational programs that align with organizational goals.
• Financial Management:
• Set cost parameters and manage the company’s overall Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial health.
• Maintain and update plans for forecasting, targeting, and achieving sales goals.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee and manage employee activities, ensuring that teams have the resources needed to succeed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners to support business objectives.
