Call Center Agents- Ipaja, Lagos and Ibara Abeokuta

Delon Apps is seeking to hire Call Center Agents in Ipaja, Lagos and Ibara Abeokuta, for a leading financial company in Nigeria. Interested candidates must possess good speaking skills with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND and a minimum of 0 – 6 months experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
2. Generate sales leads.
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
6. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
Location: Ibara, Abeokuta
Qualification: OND
Experience: 0-6 months.
Salary: Negotiable.
