Job Description
- Our client, a leader in the agri-tech sector working to revolutionize farming in Nigeria, is looking to hire a skilled Customer Experience Manager with a passion for agriculture, technology and social impact.
- S/he will be responsible for their account management, business growth consulting and providing Internet of Things (Io T) engineering support.
- In this role you will be required to analyze feedback and data, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and communicate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with suppliers and customers, understanding their unique business needs and goals.
- Offer value-added services to suppliers and customers, including analysis of their business operations and identification of areas where the client services can drive growth and cost savings.
- Collaborate closely with team of Io T engineers to ensure smooth device installations.
- provide exceptional support, and drive the adoption and utilization of our client’s Io T-enabled platform.
- Be the primary point of contact for diverse range of customers, including service providers, smallholder farmers, and booking agents.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Agric-related course. Masters in Agriculture Economics or a related field would be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of work experience in customer success, key account management, or a related role in the agriculture or technology industry is preferable.
- A deep passion for agriculture, technology, and driving social impact
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurship mindset and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Fluency in a local language and strong English skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
N500,000 - N750,000 monthly.
