Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Knowledge of Phone Etiquette
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrated skills in dealing with customer inquiries and problem resolution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
