Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Trainee (Corp Member who is seeking PPA) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in finance and technology. The Finance Trainee will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to the growth of innovative financial solutions, while learning the fundamentals of fintech finance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the finance team in developing and maintaining budgets and financial projections.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Accounts Management: Assist in monitoring accounts payable/receivable and reconciling financial transactions.
• Investment Evaluation: Work with team members to assess the financial viability of projects, partnerships, and new products.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure financial activities align with relevant fintech regulations and industry standards.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of financial processes, introducing automation where possible.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams like product, operations, engineering and customer service to support financial decision-making for projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Fintech or Financial Services.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, statements, and ratios.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Male and Female Corp Members preferably.
