Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Trainee (Corp Members who are seeking PPA) to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in kickstart a career in fintech, customer success, or client relations. As a Customer Success Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in customer success while working closely with our experienced team. You’ll learn how to manage client relationships, resolve customer inquiries, and support the success of our customers through proactive engagement and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding Assistance: Support the customer onboarding process by guiding them through initial setup and helping them understand product features.
- Customer Communication: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Learn how to identify customer issues, assist in resolving basic product-related challenges, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
- Customer Training: Help in conducting customer training sessions to increase product adoption and ensure that customers are making the most of our solutions.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update customer information in the CRM system and assist in tracking key metrics like customer satisfaction and product usage.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback, sharing insights with the team to contribute to product improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to help enhance the overall customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Entry-level position: 0-1 year customer success experience, though any internships or coursework in customer service, tech support, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with customers in a clear and friendly manner.
- Problem-solving mindset: Eagerness to learn how to address and resolve customer issues.
- Team-oriented: Willingness to collaborate and learn from experienced colleagues across departments.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning new software and fintech tools; any experience with CRM tools (like Hub Spot, Zoho or Salesforce) is a plus.
- Customer-first attitude: Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
