Join our leading financial institution licensed to lend money in Nigeria. We seek a seasoned professional to head our Internal Audit and Control department, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and safeguarding assets.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal audit functions and risk management.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and best practices.

• Lead audits, detect and prevent fraud, and report to the Board and MD/CEO.

• Develop and execute the Annual Audit Plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.

• Chartered Accountant, Chartered Banker, or relevant qualification.

• 8+ years in internal audit/control, with 3+ years in management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
