Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance management processes and track probation periods.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR support and project management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and HR software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
