As an Accountant at Tech4mation LTD, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, analysing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights, make recommendations for process improvements, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and generate insightful reports for management review.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and customer invoicing.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and assist in tax planning and filings.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the company's general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Audit Support: Assist with year-end audits and tax filings
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (A related certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Odoo).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy with ability to learn new technologies fast.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
