Its product lines cover solar lighting systems, portable energy storage equipment, home-integrated energy storage systems, and outdoor mobile power platforms to meet customers' power needs in multiple scenarios.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

Develop and implement human resources strategies that are consistent with organizational goals.
Oversee recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
Manage performance appraisal systems and talent development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Work with leadership to improve employee engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business administration or related majors.
Have more than 5 years of rich experience as a human resources manager.
Learn more about labor laws in Nigeria.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Applicants with experience in B2B e-commerce companies, personnel management experience in large manufacturing plants, and good government relations are preferred.

Benefits

Salary: N450,000 Monthly.
Salary includes 20% performance appraisal
