Job Title: Investment Secretary
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the finance team, including managing calendars, and scheduling meeting.
  • Draft and format reports, presentations, and other documents related to investment activities.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of investment transactions, agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact between the investment team and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the investment team and other departments or external partners.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment performance reports and other documentation for internal and external use.
  • Report on daily activities and progress to the Investment Officer.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or training in investment management or administration is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Proven experience (1 year) in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the finance or investment sector.
  • Experience with document management, report preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
  • Ability to multitask
Salary Expectation: N60,000 - N80,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
