Position: Marketer / Offline Promoter (IGBO)

Educational Qualification: ND/HND/BSC
Salary is NGN120,000 per month for promoters/ marketer
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about Easthopemart's products and services.
• Follow up with customers on their product orders.
• Knowledge of major market in Lagos for ecommerce industry.
• Input customers detail to CRM system on a daily basis.
• Actively promote Easthopemart's products to potential customers.
• Encourage customer patronage and loyalty.
• Provide assistance to customers in locating products.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Provide insights into customer preferences.
• Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights with the marketing team.

Skills and Qualities:

• Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and marketing skills.
• Familiar with CRM system
• Igbo speaking is a great advantage
• Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
