- Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they are visiting.
- Manage front desk operations.
- Keeping the reception tidy
- Answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative support as needed.
- Handle correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Provide information and assistance to Admin staff.
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain calendars and schedules
- The ability to work well with others.
- Pay attention to details.
