Job Title: Retail Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee all retail stores across Nigeria. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing retail strategies, managing store operations, and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Oversee all retail stores across Nigeria, ensuring optimal performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
3. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Store Managers and retail staff.
4. Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
5. Implement effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention strategies.
6. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Drive innovation, innovation, and continuous improvement in retail operations.
9. Manage and control retail budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
10. Provide regular progress reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
2. Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
3. Strong understanding of Nigerian retail market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinker with ability to drive innovation and change.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to travel frequently to various retail locations across Nigeria.
