- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and target potential customers in the generator market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the construction or industrial machinery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Spare Parts, Generators, Solar Energy, or Heavy Trucks market and industry trends.
