Job Description
- The Unit Manager at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their unit, driving sales targets, and leading a team to success.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and management, with a proven ability to enhance performance and achieve results.
- Lead and manage the unit, aligning operations with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in marketing and at least [2] years or more in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
- A monthly salary of ?80,000 plus commission and other incentives.
