We are looking for a motivated Cost Controller for our team in Fornebu, to strengthen our capabilities within emerging industries, such as, hydrogen, carbon capture and offshore wind, in addition to our traditional offshore and onshore projects.
The Cost Control team is responsible for planning, managing and controlling project costs in our multibillion new build projects, both in Norway and internationally. The team is composed of highly skilled professionals set forth to provide guidance and direction on how the project costs will be managed throughout the project. Monitoring and control of the amount of cost required to complete project work is the main objective of the cost control teams and includes a wide variety of trades and tasks.

Secure financial performance as planned or beyond in assigned projects through:

• Monitor and analyze financial trends and impact of risks and changes.
• Control, forecast and report the costs and revenue for the assigned projects.
• Secure a sound cash-flow.

Project reporting; secure quality in the project accounts and report project status in accordance with:

• internal procedures and contract requirements.
• Ad-hoc work.
• Promote commercial awareness in the assigned projects.
• Continuously contributing to improve current work processes.

• Eager to learn and take on more tasks/responsibilities.
• Structured and Analytical.
• Respect for deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude, good listening and communications skills.
• Sets high quality standards, and works in an efficient, systematic, methodical, and orderly way.

• Good understanding of Excel and SAP.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration/Finance
