What does the role look like?
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in orchestrating the strategy process at Banqsoft, aligning our group strategy with KMD Group’s Operating Plan. You will participate in inorganic growth projects, and spearhead partner cooperation for business development. Additionally, you will coordinate new projects to explore growth markets, compile strategy- and market reports, and provide essential administrative support during management and board meetings. Your role will also involve conducting ad-hoc analyses to support our management team.

Are we a great match?
To master the role of Executive Assistant we believe that you:

• Have experience from a similar role where you have taken on significant responsibility and worked with high integrity and quality delivery.
• Have an analytical mindset
• Are opportunity focused.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is a minimum, and a Master even better.
• Are fluent in Norwegian and English, verbally and written.
• Are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and Power Point.
• Are in close alignment with our Employee DNA
