Ramboll management team in Norway is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team in Ramboll Norway.
Your key responsibilities as Executive Assistant
You will collaborate closely with the Executive Team in Ramboll Norway, to support our Country Market Directors in our global markets and the wide management team in Norway. You enjoy working on a wide range of tasks, both various day-to-day tasks as well as long-term planning of activities:
You will report to Ramboll Norway’s HR Director and based in our Head office in Oslo, providing support to the leadership team and have a broader network of colleagues both in Norway and internationally to work with.
You will also be part of a community of PA/EAs across other business areas of Ramboll, so you have a broad network of colleagues in similar positions for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Ramboll management team in Norway is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team in Ramboll Norway.
Your key responsibilities as Executive Assistant
You will collaborate closely with the Executive Team in Ramboll Norway, to support our Country Market Directors in our global markets and the wide management team in Norway. You enjoy working on a wide range of tasks, both various day-to-day tasks as well as long-term planning of activities:
- Daily support, including coordinating meetings and seminars, calendar management, and travel management (planning and booking)
- Preparing meeting agendas, meeting materials, and taking minutes
- Preparing presentations
- Preparing and organizing workshops, seminars, events, visits
- Coordinating reporting and status input to stakeholders across the organization
- Driving the annual processes related to business planning and strategy input
- Coordinating strategic development projects and initiatives Personal assistant support to several of Country market directors in Norway as required
You will report to Ramboll Norway’s HR Director and based in our Head office in Oslo, providing support to the leadership team and have a broader network of colleagues both in Norway and internationally to work with.
You will also be part of a community of PA/EAs across other business areas of Ramboll, so you have a broad network of colleagues in similar positions for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Your starting point for constant growth

- A relevant degree at bachelor or master level
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience from a similar role as EA, supporting senior executives, preferably from an international working environment
- Excellent communications skills in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
- IT proficiency, including advanced user of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams
- Hands-on experience with preparing presentations and high-quality material for top management
- Create and maintain effective routines and processes
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the aptitude of handling fluctuating volumes of work, and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once.
- Organizational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level service, and be a valuable, trustworthy partner to the management team.
