About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at Tietoevry Banking, you will provide critical day-to-day support for our Managing Director, allowing MD to focus on business aspects while you handle the operational and administrative follow-up of ongoing projects. You will be part of a dynamic team with the opportunity to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively support the Managing Director with administrative tasks and processes
  • Set up complex meetings, manage the Managing Director’s agenda, and handle travel arrangements
  • Create presentations and write executive summaries
  • Manage invoices and handle physical mail
  • Collaborate with central teams on correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Organize and actively participate in events
  • Maintain internal databases and process expense reports
Desired Experience and Profile:
  • Higher education
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant in a large organization
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Adaptable and comfortable with new technology and tools
  • Open-minded, flexible, and a solution-oriented professional
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of stress tolerance
