Vårt Graduate-program er et 18 måneders introduksjonsprogram for deg som ønsker en karriere innenfor næringseiendom. Du vil rotere mellom våre team - knyttet til både leietakertjenester og investortjenester - noe som gir deg unik innsikt i alle aspekter av næringseiendom. Etter endt program vil du få stilling i et av våre forretningsområder, avhengig av interesseområder, behov og kvalifikasjoner.
I løpet av Graduate-programmet vil du tilegne deg grunnleggende kunnskap om det kommersielle eiendomsmarkedet i Norge, Norden og globalt. Vi jobber tverrfaglig og internasjonalt, og som Graduate får du tilgang til omfattende verktøy og et verdensledende nettverk.

Are you our next Graduate?
Our Graduate program is an 18-month introductory program for those wanting a commercial real estate career.
You will rotate between our teams - linked to both tenant services and investor services - giving you a unique insight into all aspects of commercial real estate. After completing the program, you will get a position in one of our business areas, depending on your areas of interest, qualifications and the organisation’s needs.
During the Graduate program, you will acquire basic knowledge of the commercial property market in Norway, the Nordics and globally. We work interdisciplinary and internationally, and as a Graduate, you get access to extensive tools and a world-leading network.
- Our working language is English; however, in some client deliveries, Norwegian is preferred.
