Telenor Norway Transformation Program is now seeking our new Head of Commercial Transformation. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTRO), you will be responsible for supporting and following up on the transformative journey of the commercial landscape in Norway and ensure necessary coordination with One Nordics initiatives.
As Head of Commercial Transformation, one of your main responsibilities will be to support the executive management in having sufficient oversight of the commercial transformation journey. Furthermore, you will support line management in execution of the transformation initiatives.
The role will be joining our Transformation Office team, consisting of 6-7 experienced and transformative leaders within the area of Technology, Digital and Commercial, coupled with strong program management office and business analytics competencies.
Some of your main responsibilities:

Transformational Leadership:) Support executive management in having sufficient oversight of the commercial transformation and value creation, and help, support and stimulate the established transformation initiatives to successful execution.

Operating Model Development: Drive enhanced value creation by closer integration of commercial, IT and technology.

Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders in Telenor Norway and the Nordics.

Collaboration and Best Practices: The candidate has a positive challenger mindset/sparring partner attitude, combined with being cooperative, and work as “one team” with the line through transformation initiatives. Further, a key responsibility is to facilitate best practice across teams and towards key stakeholders/senior management. Contribute to communicate success stories to build culture.

Project Management and Governance: Support in establishing a lean governance of the transformation program, including progress tracking and effect realization. Contribute to removing transformation roadblocks, and flag key decisions that needs to be raised to executive management for decision making.
Preferred experience and qualifications:
-
3-5 years from working within strategic analysis, business development, or equivalent roles at a consulting firm, investment bank or in an internal corporate function.

Commercial mindset and understanding of how value is created.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to align strategic target picture with business transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and synergy across diverse teams.

Master’s degree, preferably within business, mathematics, engineering, or similar numerical subject is preferred.

Recent operational experience from the Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish telco market is a plus.
