We are looking for a new member to our high performing compensation/benefit/time team. You will be handling pension contributions, company insurances and a wide range of compensation tasks as a part of your daily work. You will be working closely with both our HR team and with managers throughout the organization. For the right person, you will participate in future transitions to a new Payroll supplier.
Current job description:

• Check and complete pension contributions monthly
• Close contact between employees and our insurance suppliers
• Prepare and submit files for salary updates
• Conduct salary evaluations with managers
• Manual updates in Success Factors/SAP
• ad hoc reports and requests

Qualifications:

• Experienced SAP user
• Experience from Success Factors would be an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian
• Experience from Payroll and/or handling union agreements is an advantage
