About Us: In Leadership Development we are dedicated to supporting and enhancing the growth and effectiveness of businesses through our leaders. We are an integral part of Deloitte People & Purpose team, a leading Nordic HR environment. As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will contribute to conduct Deloitte’s leadership strategy and developing our leaders through a variety of leadership programmes and activities.

Stillingsbeskrivelse

Key responsibilities will be:

Develop and facilitate leadership programmes
Design and facilitate workshops
Collaborate with colleagues in Norway, the Nordics and globally
Some travel is to be expected

Kvalifikasjoner

We believe you will fit this profile:

Strong interest in leadership development and strong facilitation skills
Ability to work with high-level executives
Academic background in leadership
Experience in large, complex organisations is an advantage
Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
