About your future role
In this role, you will lead a team of 14, driving growth and ensuring top sales performance while working closely with marketing and other internal teams. You'll develop sales strategies, train and motivate your team to meet targets, and provide the Sales Director with key insights for reviews. A focus on customer satisfaction and innovation will be essential in helping the team succeed and grow. We believe you enjoy meeting people in person and that you a present leader.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
  • Drive growth and drive best-in-class sales
  • Team management and development
  • Develop sales strategies and campaigns
  • Train and develop employees
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve budget and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other sales teams locally and in group
  • Prepare the Sales Director with all relevant information for all relevant reviews

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • +3 years of management experience in a commercial organization
  • Degree from a university in Business, Economics, Management, Finance or Marketing
  • Drive results with an analytical approach and with close attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Some experience from software sales will be an advantage
  • Fluent and Norwegian and English
