GUSTAV, is our New York inspired jazz club & event scene with seats for up to 90 guests, complete with its own bar and kitchen.
The role
We are searching for a Bartender ready to join an exceptional team and demonstrate genuine engagement.
The role involves both operational and strategic tasks. You will have shared responsibility for the daily bar operation, including the opportunity for production and development of our signature cocktails program. In this position, you will create and actively participate in showcasing on-brand creativity and a deep understanding of mixology trends.
Ideally you have extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, mixology techniques, and a passion for staying current with industry trends. You see yourself as a Trailblazer, who likes to be first and innovative. You are dedicated to craft & sustainable thinking. You are an outgoing person with positive energy, as well as being structured, and enjoy maintaining good routines.
Most important in this role is character and personality. We are looking for someone that can elevate our guest experiences and support our team during peak periods to maintain the highest possible standards.

The position is 100% and based in Oslo. The position is evening based, with weekends expected. The position reports to the Bar Manager. At Amerikalinjen, we believe in hiring extremely dedicated individuals with a strong service culture.
