• Develop schedules containing all agreed activities, deliverables, milestones based on the standard Cost- and Work Breakdown Structure
• Maintain and manage date changes and progress, support Project Management in managing schedule delays
• Work closely with yard planners to ensure cohesion between these different activities and the main project schedule
• Report and communicate project status internally and externally

• Experience in project planning, preferably in the ship building industry
• Experience with planning systems, such as Primavera P6 is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems, such as IFS is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of Project Management practices

• Structured and accurate
• Good analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to issues
• Good communication and presentational skills when dealing with project staff and client
• Self-motivated with sound interpersonal skills
• Good cooperative skills
  
• Able to communicate in Norwegian and/or English
