Eiffage Génie Civil est présent dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.

We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several position to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.
Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will, under the responsability of the planning manager, participate of the development and follow up of Project General Programme in full coordination with all relevant project team members, define project objectives and sequence of works, monitor the progress, and implement alert procedures when drifting risks are identified.

Reporting to the Project Director:

Prepare and update in the timely manner Project Baseline including major milestones and all administrative constraints (including design approval process and permitting)

Identify resources requirement according to phasing and enhance critical path for all activities
-
In connection with Construction and Design Manager, participate in the development of activities with regular follow up and reports
-
Prepare all reports required by the contract such as 3 months/3 weeks production forecasts
-
Prepare all “micro planning” required to follow up critical identified activities in line with project priorities
-
Anticipate and identify all clashes in the program of works and propose mitigation measures to identify alternatives in case of schedule drifting
-
Prepare all simulations / scenarios to illustrate potential recovery proposal
-
Update KPIs dashboards for the Construction team and support the planning manager on the preparation of the monthly production meeting with construction manager and sub-contractor

Experienceof in planning

Primavera P6 is a plus
-
Progress measurement methods and tools

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Data integration and exchange between progress and schedule systems

Good written verbal and communication skills

Norwegian is a plus
