Maintenance Operation Planner is an important and exciting position in the Technical Operations department and will be integral to building up the team’s capabilities as Norse continues to grow after the start-up in 2022.

Maintenance Operation Planner is an important and exciting position in the Technical Operations department and will be integral to building up the team’s capabilities as Norse continues to grow after the start-up in 2022.
Joining Norse means you will be heavily involved in the shaping of the Company’s operational capabilities. As Norse grows and evolves you can expect to have the opportunity to get involved in different tasks, including more responsibility and promotion opportunities, within the Operations team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan all short term maintenance on all Norse stations in our network and prepare workpacks to the customers contracted MRO's
- Check that all maintenance and modifications tasks are performed, and that aircraft are released for service
- Continues communication with customers contracted MRO's to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed according to agreed maintenance plan
- Based on the maintenance plan, verify in cooperation with supply chain that materials, components and tools required for scheduled maintenance work are inplace.
- Ensure all performed work is updated in our IT system Amos
- Perform necessary aircraft rotations to route aircraft to the applicable maintenance station in close collaboration with our Operational Control Centre
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Engineering aeronautical degree and/or Part 66 aircraft license, or relevant practice
- Work experience in aviation planning, especially short-term planning, and line maintenance including network optimization
- The ability to work in a team, respect for your colleagues and good collaboration skills
- Excellent English skills and preferably one Scandinavian language
- Highly motivated and interested in joining a global airline in growth
- Excellent IT skills. Office 365, Amos
- A valid work permit for Norway
- Ability to work shift in our offices at Gardermoen airport OSL
