Our product portfolio covers both standalone software solutions and comprehensive cloud product, Cetegra - a unique, collaborative, and flexible cloud platform that reinvents how energy professionals work and collaborate. Delivered as part of our wider cloud offering and developed based on decades of industry insights and partnerships with global energy leaders, Cetegra is already well-established within the Oil and Gas-sector, and is now being adapted and introduced to the Power and Renewable sector.
As product owner you will be responsible for several products in different stages of their lifecycle – from mature products to early-stage developments, each offering unique challenges and opportunities.You will play an important role in shaping as you safeguard the product vision and ensure alignment between the development team, user story and feature prioritization and our strategic company goals.

Your contributions:

Take ownership of the product visions and establish development roadmaps in alignment with product and company goals.

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather product requirements and user stories.

Create and maintain well-defined product backlogs, ensuring clarity and prioritization for development teams.

Support the development team in delivering timely and high-quality product features and enhancements.
-
Be the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, shielding them from distractions while facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Lead product release planning

Agile Product Development - Solid understanding of agile product development processes and principles, ideally with previous experience as product owner or scrum master

Communication and leadership: The ability to inspire and motivate the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

Stakeholder Management: Build good relationships with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning their expectations with the product goals.

Decision-Making: Ability to effectively prioritize features and products, manage the backlog, and make trade-offs between scope, time, and resources

Analytical: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle.
