• Oversee properties in Norway to boost profitability, productivity, and flexibility.
• Supervise major real estate investments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update Telenor's register of significant real estate assets.
• Foster strong connections with key landlords and real estate agents to enhance our negotiation power.
• Manage the tender process for property leases, ensuring all departments contribute and deadlines are met.
• Evaluate proposed deals and provide clear reports and recommendations for management.
• Promote space and energy efficiency, and prioritize health, safety, and environmental standards for a safe workplace.

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in corporate or global real estate settings.
• Proficient in managing facility operations, analysing occupancy costs, and negotiating commercial leases, with a solid understanding of lease accounting.
• Familiar with construction systems and building design principles.
• Firsthand experience in real estate transactions and financial analysis.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills paired with strong negotiation capabilities.
• Availability to travel both locally and internationally.
• Advanced proficiency in both English & Norwegian.
