To our Reception Service Desk, we're seeking several On-Call Temporary Helpers (Norwegian: Ringevikarer resepsjon) to support us during periods of increased demand, high workloads, absences due to illness, and summer vacations. This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals available at short notice, eager to contribute to our welcoming atmosphere alongside skilled and dedicated colleagues. Whether you're a student seeking flexibility or someone retired looking for engaging tasks, this role might be perfect for you.
We're specifically looking for a positive and service-oriented individual with experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Teams). Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, encompassing verbal and written abilities, are essential for this role.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Switchboard operation for all Wärtsilä companies and sites in Norway
- Reception and hospitality service in Wärtsilä Norway on both Rubbestadneset and Heiane office
- Postal handling
- Security services with regards to ISPS area, and Premises security and fire protection and evacuation
- Gate and admission
- Access system administration
- Industrial fire brigade tasks
- Contingency group tasks
- Administration and Indirect Purchase tasks
- Administrative support to all local departments
