Job Purpose:
In the position as Group Manager you will lead a group of Service Engineers working offshore & onshore both national and international. We are looking for an engaged and motivated team member to join our TSP Services department at Ågotnes.
Job Description:
- Personnel responsibility for a dedicated group of Service Engineers
- Coordinate & plan work- and travel schedules, training and similar for the employees
- Collaborate and align with project teams, other departments, regions and partners
- Contribute to improvement projects and drive change
You are meant for this job if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent is preferred
- Experience with planning and coordinate personnel offshore
- Strong ability to engage and lead others
- Solid ability to build good relationships with employees working remotely
- Good communication skills (Norwegian and English)
- A drive for obtaining results together with your team
