Financial Strategist Accountant

Responsibilities (Typical Work Day Plan):
Check Emails and Respond to Inquiries (15 Minutes):
  • Start your day by diving into your inbox/voicemail. Prioritize urgent client emails/calls and respond promptly. Use email templates for common inquiries to save time. Flag any emails that require follow-up later in the day. Set aside time to address flagged emails.
Tax Preparation And Filing (2 Hours):
  • Assist with Tax Preparation. IRS has honored us to be the Authorized Tax Counselor for the Elderly, so an opportunity for you to join an elite team.
Renewal of Status from Auto-Revocation List (1 Hour):
  • Identify 5 organizations needing renewal. Draft personalized emails explaining the renewal process and the benefits of our additional services. Make follow-up calls to ensure they received our email and answer any questions. Use Excel to track communication and set reminders for follow-ups. Offer to schedule a meeting to discuss their needs in more detail.
Opportunity Management (30 Minutes - 1 Hour):
  • Search job postings for 5 businesses. Use templates to streamline the process. Respond to inquiries via call/email. Follow up with businesses and set up time for client consultations. Utilize an Excel spreadsheet to track the status of each job posting and applicant.
Google Map Search for Small Businesses and Contacting Them (2 Hours):
  • Use Google Maps to identify 10 small businesses in our target area. Gather contact information and create a list. Draft personalized outreach emails and make introductory calls. Highlight how our accounting services can benefit their business. Track responses and set follow-up reminders. Offer to send additional information or schedule a meeting.
Client Consultations (1 Hour):
  • Schedule free initial consultations with potential clients. Prepare by reviewing their business background and potential needs. Use this time to understand their challenges and explain how our services can help. Take detailed notes for follow-up actions and send a summary email to the client after the consultation.
Relationship Builder: Client Follow-ups (15 - 30 Minutes):
  • Review our list of existing clients and follow up on any outstanding issues or questions. Send personalized emails or make calls to check in on their satisfaction with our services. Encourage them to refer our services to others and offer incentives for referrals. Document all interactions in our Excel tracker for future reference.
Daily Wrap-Up: Review and Plan (15 Minutes):
  • Reflect on the day’s activities and accomplishments. Review our to-do list and update it based on what was completed and what needs further attention. Plan our tasks for the next day, prioritizing based on urgency and importance. Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed. Set goals for the next day and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • ACCA, CPA, or CA Certification: Holds a valid ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification.
  • Research Abilities: Capable of conducting financial research and creating well-structured proposals and contracts.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Funding Process Knowledge: Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local funding processes.
  • Collaborative: Works well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous in financial record-keeping.
  • Time Management: Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Quick Books Proficiency: Comfortable using Quick Books for day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Reliability: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Work Schedule:
  • Time: 6 PM - 3 AM Pakistan Time
  • Location: Onsite role in DHA, Phase 8, Lahore
Salary Expectations:
  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Incentive bonuses based on milestone achievements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
