Account/Profile Manager - Bark

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s Bark profile to attract potential clients.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries on the Bark platform in a timely manner.
- Create and execute strategies to win new clients on Bark.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and service packages tailored to client needs.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve our profile to maximize visibility and success on Bark.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices related to the Bark platform.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience with account management, sales, or client acquisition (experience on Bark or similar platforms is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving success.
- Experience in creating tailored service proposals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience managing profiles on Bark or similar lead-generation platforms.
- Familiarity with industry trends related to IT.
- Knowledge of best practices for client acquisition on digital platforms.
We operate in the USA Time Zone. In Pakistan time, our shift is from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
