Role Description
The Admissions Officer at COTHM Rawalpindi will manage admissions, communicate with prospective students, and provide excellent customer service on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in public dealing and international admissions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and admissions software
- Knowledge of the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Academic Management: 3 years (Required)
