Job Summary Responsible for growth and development of air freight forwarding business through
providing excellent operational service and supervise all air freight operational activities.
Qualifications:

• · Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• · 3+ years in air freight operations, preferably in shipping/NVOCC.
• · Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• · Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.Duties and Responsibilities:
• · Supervises all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for the customers
• · Ensure all file management activities post booking such as Documentation, System Updates, Operational finance, etc.
• · Supporting customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
• · Ensures end to end Carrier Management for Airfreight Operations, i.e. overall Airfreight Procurement, Carrier Relationship Management, Capacity Management, balancing the carrier mix, carrier query resolution as well as management of Carrier Booking transactions.
• · Develop and grow relationships with carriers in order to secure the most cost-effective rates for our business
• · Improve team’s work productivity and monitoring the implementation of SOP to comply with the customer’s requirement
• · Analyze air freight rates for strategic pricing
• · Review and evaluates air freight ops plan to recommend how to improve operations productivity, reduce costs and improve yields
• · Oversee implementation of affirmative action plans as required and closure of customer complaints and disputes by leading and managing air freight ops team and deliver excellent services.
• · Oversee compliance to local and global key accounts
• · Review target and goal setting for the department
• · Stay current with developments and changes in applicable laws, regulations and other government requirements.

• Experience with hazardous materials and customs clearance.
