We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully bidding on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance marketplaces. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the bidding process.
SALES BDM JD’S
Job Responsibilities:
•**Sales & Business Development:
oMaintain and increase sales of company products.
oReach sales targets and goals.
oExpand and maintain the customer base.
oService existing customers and explore new business opportunities.
oDevelop sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales figures.
•**Client & Market Engagement:
oCollect customer feedback and conduct market research.
oReport to senior managers and stay updated on products and competitors.
oPlan and prepare presentations (PPT) and pitch decks for sales.
oWrite and follow up on quotations and proposals.
•**Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
oMonitor and report on websites and ticketing systems (Markwebit and Seed Analytica).
oManage Markwebit Affiliate Program Portals (Admin, Affiliate, Customer).
•**Content & Proposal Writing:
oWrite content for email newsletters, proposals, infographics, presentations, and reports.
oEdit, proofread, and update content based on the latest trends.
oCreate engaging CTAs (Calls to Action).
•**Communication & Reporting:
oAttend to customer queries via calls, website chat, and ticketing systems.
oShare daily to-do lists and update task sheets.
oKeep records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
oEnsure all data is stored in online Google Drive folders.
oCommunicate regularly with line managers and provide follow-ups.
•**General Responsibilities:
oAttend conferences and industry events.
oArrange business meetings with prospective clients.
oFollow industry developments and stay up-to-date on competitors.
oComply with company policies on attendance and leave.
Necessary Skills & Abilities:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business sense.
- Experience in sales platforms
- Must have experienced in freelance platforms
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team with initiative and enthusiasm.
- Competence in IT, budgeting, and report writing.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the [specific industry, e.g., IT, Design, Marketing].
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and other relevant skills.
