Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems, to maintain optimal building performance.
- Analyze building data and trends to identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost savings.
- Implement energy management strategies to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance and repairs for building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building equipment and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to building operators and maintenance staff on the use and operation of building systems.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in building automation technology and best practices in facility management.
- Prepare reports and presentations on building performance, energy usage, and maintenance activities for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in building automation, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems, including BMS (Building Management Systems) and EMS (Energy Management Systems).
- Experience with programming and troubleshooting building automation controllers, such as Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Honeywell.
- Familiarity with energy management principles and strategies, including LEED certification and energy audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Building Automation Professional (C-BAP), are a plus.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
