Building Controller - Kharian

Issuing Construction Approvals to start Construction Work accordingly.
● Issuing Completion Certificates after completion of work as per drawing, Specification.
● Execution of work as per approved drawing, specification.
● Conduct weekly site visits with Site Inspectors to discuss issues with Client and Contractors.
● Prepare Presentations and presenting to the higher management during meetings.
● Resolve the site issues and coordinate with Design for any changes or issues resolving in drawings.
● Coordinate with Maintenance, Design and Development Departments for smoothly work at Site.
● Coordination with the Chief Surveyor & Survey Team for Demarcation Activities at Site.
● Maintaining the All Record related to BUILDING CONTROL and Sharing with Higher Management.
● Attend Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings and Issues related to Site.
● Educate the contractors and clients related to SOPs and execution of construction works at Site.
● Ensure the Roles & Regulation according to the RDA,CDA to Proceed work at site.
● Ensure the HSE (Health and Safety Environment) on site
Note: This is Kharian based position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
