Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, projects, and enhancements to existing systems or processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within healthcare operations, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to healthcare operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical operations, and finance, to ensure successful implementation of business solutions and initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry or a similar setting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
