Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager at our Lahore office. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and meeting sales targets in the Pakistani market. You will collaborate with a team of creative professionals to drive growth for both Vision Marketing and Productions and our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Pakistani market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective clients

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, with a focus on the Pakistani market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple client accounts
- Solid understanding of the marketing and advertising industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital media, including social media marketing and content creation
- Track record of successful business development initiatives
PKR 70,000 - 100,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
