Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will support the growth and expansion of the digital gift cards and digital gaming vouchers by identifying new opportunities, managing existing relationships, and collaborating on marketing campaigns and product launches. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and expand the company’s footprint in the market.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships with gaming companies, fintech platforms, telecoms, and other relevant sectors.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms for digital gift card procurement and promotions.
• Conduct research to identify potential markets, competitors, and trends, providing insights for strategic planning.
• Develop strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, including special promotions, bundling offers, and co-branded campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and help optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximize profitability.
• Assist in managing relationships with existing partners, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of promotional activities.
• Assist with onboarding new distribution channels through fintech apps, wallets, and telecom companies.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns that promote gift card products across social media, influencers, and digital platforms.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze customer engagement, and suggest optimizations to improve ROI.
• Assist in implementing R&D projects like AI-powered chatbots for customer support and self-service options for digital gift cards. Help with the launch of new products or features in collaboration with the product and tech teams.
• Generate regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market data to help refine business strategies and identify areas for growth.
• Assist in planning and executing co-branded promotions with partners like Garenal, PUBG, and others, offering special discounts and in-game rewards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within digital goods, e-commerce, or gaming industries.
• Experience working with fintech’s, telecom companies, Banks or digital platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital product distribution channels is a plus.
