Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Du and Etisalat services.
• Provide information and support to customers regarding services.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Salary & Benefits:

• Experienced Candidates: PKR 35,000 + handsome commission
• Fresh Candidates: PKR 25,000 + handsome commission
