Comission Based Sales Representative ( Remote)

F16 Media LLC is seeking a results oriented Sales Representative Comission Based to join our team. This position is purely commission-based, offering you the potential to earn unlimited income based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Client Outreach: Contact potential clients to introduce F16 Media LLC's services, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
Candidates must have a graduate degree (BBA/MBA) with a specialization in sales or a related field.
- Speak English fluently (excellent written/oral communication skills)
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or lead generation services, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and other digital platforms.
- Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
Timings: Must be available to work during U.S. time zones or Pakistan night shifts
(6 PM-4 AM)
Compensation:
- This is a Commission-Only Position. You will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the clients you bring in.
- Potential to earn high commissions with no cap on earnings.
