Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Identify key themes, narratives, and messaging to effectively position the brand in the market.
• Stay updated with industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Creative Direction

• Lead the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring all content is on-brand and of high quality.

Content Creation

• Write and develop engaging content for social media, SEO (including on-page content and off-page blogs), and official website copy.
• Create scripts for Digital Video Commercials (DVCs) and other multimedia content.
• Design and execute creative campaigns that engage and resonate with target audiences.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and creative professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and idea generation.
• Provide feedback and guidance to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality work.

Graphic Design Collaboration

• Guide and collaborate with graphic designers to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's creative vision and messaging.
• Provide direction and feedback on design concepts, ensuring they meet creative standards and project requirements.

Content Distribution and Optimization

• Oversee the distribution of content across various channels, including social media, email, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and adheres to best practices for digital marketing.

Brand Consistency

• Maintain brand consistency across all content and creative outputs.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with other departments, such as Product, Sales, and PR, to ensure content supports broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers as needed to scale content production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience in content creation, including writing, video scripting, and campaign development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with graphic design concepts and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
