Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to coordination, communication, and documentation. The role involves working closely with various teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects. The coordinator will be based in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
· Working as department coordinator.
· Reporting and Assistance to the Assistant Manager for all function to run smooth operation of HVAC & EWS department.
· Carryout the leading role for Workshop activities and provide technical support to staff.
· Manages priorities defined by Assistant Manager.
· Maintain record for staff job cards against the work activities.
· Responsible to generates ERP base MRs, TRS, MIS, WOR for materials requirement with coordination of department head.
· Ensure timely inform to admin for staff stay to work in overtime or in holidays.
· Responsible to maintain record for incoming / outgoing items on daily basis.
· Responsible to manage staff attendance and other administration matter.
· Responsible to prepare document (CRF,Job card, Field break, gate pass etc.) for staff mobilization at sites.
· Prepare Scrap items list and maintain record of disposed items.
· Ensure to all staff work with complete PPEs as per company HSE policy.
· Responsible to complete document and submit to HR for the staff attendance and OT at the end of each month for staff salaries.
· Coordinate with ES for material issues.
· Attend morning meeting in absence of Assistant Manager.
· Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.
Qualification
· Intermediate or B. Com
Experience
· Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience
