Job Summary:
Proto IT Consultants is looking for an experienced Content Writer/Copy Writer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging content and blogs that are optimized for search engines, while also demonstrating an ability to monetize sites using organic strategies such as SEO and keyword analysis. The individual should have prior experience in managing and growing blog sites, driving traffic through organic content creation, and ensuring consistent quality and style.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality blogs, articles, and other web content that are informative and engaging, targeting the right audience.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content indexing to increase web traffic and visibility.
- Monetization: Optimize content for revenue generation through ad placements, affiliate marketing, and other techniques to maximize the monetization potential of sites.
- Content Management: Use Content Management Systems (e.g., Word Press) to upload, format, and publish content while maintaining a structured editorial calendar.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics. Recommend improvements based on metrics such as page views, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing articles and ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Content Writer or Copy Writer, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Proven experience in managing blog sites and content monetization using organic methods.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Content Management Systems like Word Press.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other content performance measurement tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing strategies for the IT services industry.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and other monetization techniques.
