Corporate CX Manager

This role would include:
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with internal partners to streamline and improve processes. Collaborate with Trade Operations, COPC and Branches for leading process improvement initiatives to deliver the best-in-class Customer Experience for Corporate, Commercial and SME clients (Pan-Pakistan).
- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers on a periodic basis (semi-annual/quarterly) accompanied by Business Teams to identify the pain points impacting service delivery
- Process Simplification : lead the processes simplification initiatives to improve the Customer Journey.
- Digital Uptake: Identity opportunities for any development or system enhancement to achieve quicker and efficient solutions (Corporate, Commercial & SME)
- Facilitation on issues impacting CX - Act as a facilitator to expedite any operational issues/road-blocks impacting the customers.
- Compliance: Understand and comply with internal and external policies. (SBP regulations) while formulating solutions of Corporate CX
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 4 years in Customer Service/Trade Operations/Credit Administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of Corporate Banking
- Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel
- Effective Customer Handling Skills
- Team player
- Problem solver
- Proactive
Minimum Education:
